Eating my Greens

  • I guess it's time to show you how to add a little olive oil, salt & pepper, plus a dash of vinegar to make 'un salata verda'. Next year we'll go for the dandelion greens or 'la drique'. My appolgies to anyone out there who knows the Italian language.
