Some Mummy Thoughts

OK - Here's a random picture from my vacation two summers ago with my Mummy. We're in England (obviously) and visiting the tower of London. Anyway, the picture has nothing to do with the following rant, I obviously just have too much time on my hands now that morning naps are going well - knock wood.

Is it just me or has Tom Cruise up and truely lost his mind? I think when you, joke or no joke, make a comment about eating a placenta on national TV, things have gone too far.

I wonder if the adoption agency that placed his first two kids with him and Kidman are looking back on the whole thing and saying "Maybe we made a mistake. We thought they'd have it pretty good - but look what's happened. They have a crazy, alien-worshipping Dad, an absentee Mom (who can't move her forehead), a step-mom barely older than them who has seemed to lost her voice and free will and now a new baby sister who will probably have to have body guards with her at all times now that she is free from the pod."

I mean - think about it - they don't go to school, I am guessing don't have neighbours to play with so no impromptu games of Capture the Flag are breaking out anytime soon and I am betting summer camp is not in the cards. I just hope that sometimes Isabella gets to have the whole soccer team over for a sleep-over and they order pizza up to the compound and drink too much pop and eat ice cream, paint their toes, do each others hair and call boys and giggle and then hang up. I mean a family trip to Disneyland doesn't seem too likely does it? Although maybe Cruise has enough clout to get the whole place to close down for a day. Who knows. Anyway, nap time's over. Back to real life.

Hello!

What's up? How are you? What's new?

My First Tooth

Can you see it? Look closely. Bottom right. Quick.... too late. Mmmmm. This crib is yummy.

Me and Mum in the Sun

Enjoying a swing with Mummy.

Sweet Ella

How can a face like this, eat green stuff like that?

Happy Passover!

Well, I have to admit - I slept through the seders this year. Next year it'll be another story - I promise I will be singing and reading and that afikomen has my name on it.

BUT - I did enjoy a nice brunch at my Safta's house, sampled some matzo and got to wear the bib that my Aunty Lil and Uncle Hy gave to me.

Happy Uncle Jordy and Cousin Ella

All smiles for the camera!

Me and My Teddy

I have started hanging out with my Teddy alot lately - he's a good friend to have. He shares his toys, keeps secrets and is always ready for a cuddle.

Standing on My Own

I am becoming quite adept at standing all by myself. Here I am standing tall - and sampling some sushi.
